  1. No Refund After Activation
    Once your order is confirmed and your account or digital service is activated, we do not offer returns or refunds because digital access codes cannot be resold.

  2. Product Guarantee
    All products come with a 12-month guarantee period. During this time, we replace or refund any product damage or malfunction caused by the producer.

  3. Delivery Issues
    If we are unable to deliver your product for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

  4. Incorrect or Non-Activated Products

    • If you receive an incorrect product, or if the key code has not been activated, a refund or replacement is possible.

    • If the key code cannot be activated for any unknown reason, contact us within 48 hours from purchase, and a refund or replacement will be considered.

    If you experience any difficulties with your purchased product, contact us first with:

    • A clear problem description

    • Screenshots or photos if needed
