How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour of placing it.
Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section in your email.
If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email sales@levelupiptv.com and we’ll help you find an alternative solution.
I accidentally canceled my order; can I resume it?
If you canceled your order but want to receive it after all:
The best way is to place a new order at checkout.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it?
If you used the cancellation link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email confirming the cancellation.
If you haven’t received a confirmation, email sales@levelupiptv.com and include your original order number. We’ll check and respond promptly.
I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?
If your order included any special products or digital codes, email sales@levelupiptv.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and your cancellation or change request. We’ll assist you right away.
Notes:
All cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order confirmation for automatic processing.
After the order is confirmed and activated, refunds or cancellations are only handled as described in our Refund Policy.
